If I don’t like the piece, can I exchange or return it?
Generally, our customers do not feel the need to exchange jewellery. It is extremely rare for them to not like a piece. Before we deliver, we share a live photograph and video of the product ready to be shipped. This provides the customers with a virtual experience of being at our workshop and collecting their jewellery in person. However, if you feel like returning, we have 7 day return policy.
Can I exchange a charm in the bracelet purchased from you last year?
Unfortunately, Doodles doesn’t exchange any charms delivered with the jewellery. But if you do wish to add new charms to your jewellery, we can help.
Does the colour of the enamel change or fade?
Our exceptional enamel finish is highly durable, so the colours won’t fade unless the jewellery is exposed to turmeric or acid.
Do you fix the enamel if it fades?
If the enamel fades within the 6 months of your purchase, Doodles will fix it at no charge. But if it happens after the guaranteed 6 months, you’ll have to pay a minimal repair cost of 500 Indian rupees at the most.
How to clean and care for your gold jewellery?
Store the jewellery properly to ensure that it doesn’t collect a lot of dirt. Whenever you aren’t wearing the jewellery, keep it wrapped in plastic. Make sure that the jewellery doesn’t come in contact with any acid or turmeric.
Fill a bowl with warm water and add mild soap to it. You can also use a few drops of dishwashing liquid such as vim gel to prepare the solution. Immerse the gold jewellery in this solution and keep it submerged for 15-20 minutes. Once you remove it from the solution, lay it out on a clean, dry, and soft towel. Allow it to air dry. If that doesn’t clean the nooks and crannies, use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove the dirt.
