• We partner with trusted logistics providers including BVC and Blue Dart for domestic deliveries.
• For pre-order items, delivery will be completed within 10-15 business days from the date of order.
• For items that are readily available in stock, delivery will be completed within 3-4 business days.
• You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

2. International Shipping

• For international deliveries, we use India Post as our shipping partner.
• For pre-order items, delivery will be completed within 15-20 business days **after the product is ready.**
• For ready-to-ship items, delivery will be completed within 15-20 business days from the date of order.
• Please note that international delivery timelines may vary slightly based on customs and local postal services.

3. Customs & Import Duties

• For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the recipient.
• These charges are not included in our pricing and may vary from country to country.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office for any applicable duties or taxes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with the tracking number and link. You can track the progress of your shipment using the respective courier’s tracking portal.
