How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our online shop has an extensive range of customised products. If you purchase one of our readily available jewellery, the order will reach you in 4 days of order placement. In the case of custom-made jewellery, our skilled artisans need the time to transform gold into jewellery inspired by your ideas. So, once you place an order, it will take at least 10 days to reach you.

How do you ship the jewellery? How do I know the jewellery is safe during shipping?

In Mumbai, one of the members of our esteemed Doodles team will deliver the product to you. For other locations, we ship our jewellery through a premium courier company, which ensures the safety of your order. Primarily, the safety of the jewellery during the transit is our responsibility.

How do I check the status of my online order?
