At Doodles By Purvi, we strive to provide you with the finest quality jewellery and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be returned with the original packaging, tags, and the certificate of authenticity (if provided).
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

• Customers may return the product within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customised and pre-order items are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or engraved jewellery
• Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Care team at support.doodles@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange for reverse pickup where possible.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the courier.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original method of payment.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

8. International Orders

For our valued international customers, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, to ensure complete satisfaction, we offer a personalized experience before dispatch. Our team will schedule a video call via WhatsApp to showcase your jewellery from all requested angles, so you can see how beautiful it has turned out before it ships!

 

Refund Policy

Domestic Orders (India)

We offer refunds on domestic orders under the following terms:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and fully verified.
- Refunds will be made using the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

International Orders

Refunds on international orders are available only if the order has not reached you, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request will be considered only after the estimated delivery time has passed, and our team has completed full verification.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original mode of payment.
